Matt Hodges-Long is a leading expert in high-rise building safety. With a background in construction and a passion for safety and risk management, Matt is dedicated to making buildings safer for everyone.
Matt helps property managers, residents, politicians and the media navigate the complex and often confusing world of building safety regulations. Just as Martin Lewis demystifies personal finance, Matt is the go-to resource for understanding and complying with complex and often overlapping building safety legislation. His expertise and insights make him a trusted authority in the field.
Richard Carman has decades of experience solving complex problems with technology. As a military engineer he also possesses a wealth of technical knowledge relating to construction.
Richard leads on development of the technology that keeps our service class leading and affordable for buildings of all sizes. In the fast moving ‘Post Grenfell’ regulatory environment Richard is a leading authority on achieving, maintaining and most importantly proving regulatory compliance – digitally.
